The '5 ways to wellbeing' have been identified through extensive reviews of research and expert opinion as simple actions that anyone can take that will have a positive impact on their day to day well-being. There is nothing new or surprising in these messages other than knowing that there is substantial evidence to support their value in living well and that small changes can make a difference. We will also consider what they mean for us all as individuals and what actions and changes we would like to make in our own lives.
Session Aims
- To introduce and explain the 'Five Ways to Wellbeing'
- To encourage open discussion and engagement
- To learn something of value to use for yourself, your family, your friends and work colleagues
