Teaching RSE with confidence in Secondary Schools

A one-day training course, providing participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan and deliver high quality, age appropriate Relationships and Sex Education in Secondary Schools. The course will cover;
- How to support young people to develop happy, healthy, safe and fulfilling relationships
- Best classroom practice and creating a safe space to learn
- Answering pupil questions
- Developing age appropriate, whole school, RSE programmes
- Working towards statutory RSE
- Exploring quality resources that support teaching of topics including pornography, consent, sexual exploitation and gender identity
Encouraging links to local Sexual Health Services
