Whole School Approach to Food in Schools Training

It will be a practical session:
- To review and update the school's whole school food policy
- To understand how the Eatwell Guide can support with updating the Whole School Food Policy as well as a tool to support teachers to encourage children to choose a variety of foods from each of the four major food groups, in order to achieve a health varied diet.
- To find out why good nutrition choices are important for children and young people
