Teaching RSE with confidence in Post 16 settings

A one-day training course, providing participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan and deliver high quality, age appropriate Relationships and Sex Education in Post 16 settings. The course will cover;
- How to support young people to develop happy, healthy, safe and fulfilling relationships
- Best classroom practice and creating a safe space to learn
- Answering pupil questions
- Developing age appropriate, whole school, RSE programmes
- Working towards statutory RSE
- Exploring quality resources that support teaching of topics including pornography, consent, sexual exploitation and gender identity
Encouraging links to local Sexual Health Services
