Supporting Staff Wellbeing in Primary Schools Workshop

Date: Tue, 16 Mar 2021, 09:00 - 12:00

Venue: Zoom - Live Webinar

Wellbeing Education (the people behind the impressive Route 2 Resilience programme) presents a practical look at ways in which school leadership can support staff wellbeing in primary schools.

The course is aimed at school leaders and is based on the following principles…

  • Prevention is better than cure.
  • The practical ideas are about school-specific changes that reflect the challenges and opportunities unique to life in school (rather than being more generalised wellbeing advice.)
  • The course contains many ideas that are useful to the individual attending, but it is also about taking a whole school approach to staff wellbeing, and implementing ideas to benefit all staff.
