Register your school to vote on UK Youth Parliament debates and campaigns

The UK Youth Parliament will be holding their national ballot Make your Mark in the Autumn Term. This ballot decides what Members of the UKYP should debate and vote on to be their campaign for the year ahead.

For the past 2 years, 'a Curriculum for Life' has been chosen as a campaign priority - the campaign calls for improvements to PSHE education in schools, recognising its importance to preparing pupils for future life.
Last year 470,000 secondary school pupils took part. This year, throughout August, September and October, young people from across the UK will have the opportunity to vote again.

Please take one minute to register your school's interest in taking part here:

At the end of July, you will receive a pack which will contain
• What is Make your Mark briefing, including key dates and actions
• The three ways to vote
• Links to lesson plans etc.
• Advice on how to get a great turnout for the vote in between September and early October.

Your local Member of Youth Parliament (MYP) will also be told that you have signed up.
As an extra special incentive to get involved, all schools that register will be entered into a prize draw to win 5 tickets to the viewing gallery of the UKYP House of Commons sitting in November 2014 to see the debate in action, subsidised travel and a tour of Parliament.

The deadline for schools to sign up is 15 July 2014.

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Cheers!
