Healthy Schools & Teenage Pregnancy Support 2016 Survey

Healthy Schools & Teenage Pregnancy Support 2016 Survey

Public Health hosts the Healthy Schools and Teenage Pregnancy work streams. Much has been achieved and should be celebrated in terms of improving young people’s health and well-being and reducing teenage pregnancy rates. We are keen to continue this progress but as with many County Council departments, we are having to look at how we do that with less resource.

As part of efforts to consolidate practice and streamline capacity in the face of budget cuts, we are reviewing the current support which schools receive. Your feedback is essential to help us to understand what aspects of the current support you find most valuable and why.
Feedback to this survey will help us to develop a model for how we support schools around Public Health issues from September 2016.

The deadline for responses to the survey is Friday 17th June. There is a link below to an on-line survey but if you would prefer to complete a paper version then please contact me and I will send one out to you.

Your feedback is really important so please do take 10 minutes out of your day to complete this.
