The Eatwell Plate Resource
Use the ‘Eatwell’ plate in your lessons to help children and young people get the balance right. It shows how much of what you eat should come from each of the food groups:
- Fruit and vegetables
- Bread, rice, potato and pasta
- Food and drinks high in fat and/or sugar
- Milk and dairy foods
- Meat, fish, eggs and beans
